3XL, 4XL and 5XL can be placed over other bra cups and forms to increase the cup size.

The 4XL and 5XL forms are our largest breast forms and are can be added over a bilateral form. A 3XL form can be placed behind the 4XL and 5XL forms make them more full, if you'd like to wear them without the bilateral forms.
